Rear Entertainment Screen Issues

I just upgraded my Onstar to the connected vehicle plan providing unlimited wifi to my 2022 Yukon SLT. I tried to turn on the RSE and received an error that Youtube and Youtube kids sites could not be reached.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Were these working prior to the upgrading your plan?

To my understanding, those apps have been disabled in the 2022+ models.

Im having the same issue , I had all the apps working when i got my 23 but now that the trial is over I opted for the data plan they offer just to have the youtube and other apps but ever since the trial was over my rear screens wont let me select any of the apps except for hdmi , it tells me to contact Onstar for a video streaming service but according to onstar the data plan should of fixed it. I have been going back and forth with onstar for over a month and still have not figured out a fix for this unfortunately ! Did you ever figure out anything ?

Did Ang of your issues get resolved with Onstar?

I picked up my 2024 a week ago from the dealer and they couldn’t get it to work. On a brand new car it’s so frustrating. I’ve spent hours on the phone with Onstar and keep being told it will be escalated, someone will call me back. Still not fixed after a week. Dealer has not been very helpful and I’m at a point where the rear entertainment is useless unless you plug in another device to hdmi.

Wireless Apple car play is also not working and nobody can figure it out either. Does anyone know how to service these cars?

Seriously considering taking it back since it is not what they sold me on.

Mine just did this today as well. No clue why the apps are gone.
