Any good shop can fix this. I wish I had pics on my phone but we have straightened frames that would make you cringe. A good frame machine and a good frame guy is all you need. Not sure where you live but if you need advise pm me.

I work at a body shop and pretty much a lot of frame damage can be fixed. Trailer hitches usually cause a lot more damage than if you didnt have one on there. But thats the way it goes.

Are there any other body shops around in your area. It is ILLEGAL for insurance companies to steer you to repair shops. You do not have to have your car fixed at a place that is on a list of approved shops. Dont let them tell you other wise.

Also, changing a frame is not that big of deal on these vehicles, and insurance companies love to find used ones so they dont total them. Would love to see pictures of it.
