Rear Glass not working?

Just went to pop the glass open yesterday and it would not respond. I tried the remote and I tried the back button and neither worked. Later on in the night it started to rain and I noticed my back windshield wiper isn't working either. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Check your fuses...

Make sure the window is truly closed and the open/closed switch or sensor reads the windows' state appropriately.

I had a situation once where I tried to open the glass and the latch actuated, but didn't fully release the glass. It behaved the same as you describe, the latch wouldn't actuate again and the rear wiper wouldn't work. So, I pushed ******* the glass to "close" it and it has worked properly ever since.

Fuses first. Then check the button under the applique. These are known to have issues wearing out. If not that, may be the latch.

How do you pop the rear glass without the remote? There is a button to pop the whole hatch, but I guess I haven't figured out how to do it otherwise. Thanks.
