Rear Glass only defrosts on top Half...

This morning I had to use the rear defrost. From about exactly mid point up defrosted as it should, from that point down, nothing. My wires on both sides of glass are in good shape and connected. Never happened before until today. Is there a fix or am I looking at replacement? If it's very $$$, I can live with it.

Has to be a slit in the defroster line somewhere. Look closer.

yea you have to check all the lines going across. theres a break somewhere. auto part stores sell repair kits to make the connection.
