Rear Hatch Glass/seal

Is there any way to adjust the Rear Hatch Glass that lifts up. I have notice that on the passenger side I can see light coming through and on the outside it doesn't sit flush w/the body. Unfortunately it doesn't look to be adjustable from just eyeballing it. Any ides on how to get it flush with the body?

take some pictures and post up them of the seals and hinge area's and show the gap as well, I would look and see if the lower center latch is straight also
