Rear hatch

Hello all, 1st I've been browsing on here for awhile but haven't posted. 2nd I have a 95 yuk and all the sudden my rear hatch doesn't work. Hit the button on dash and Nadda, use the fob and hear a click under dash and domes turn on. That it. Any help is appreciated

either the motor or the park/nuetral safety switch or the yellow wire that connects the two. you can eliminates it fuse as the problem as it only effects dash switch.

Thx . The park switch is new bit I'll test the motor and check fuses but it worked fine until yesterday. Never showed sign of struggle or anything.

Threw me a curve ball. Door locks and rear hatch are fused on the cig lighter fuse.
