2000 Tahoe
My rear heater blower stopped working. when i put a meter on the blower connections, i just get 3 volts no matter what position the switch is in. when i put a meter on the wires going into the relay (orange, purple, black), i can get up to 14v. Is it safe to say it's the relay that is bad? i went to the auto parts store and they allowed me to take a new one out and plug it in with no luck. Although the new part didn’t look exactly the same
