Rear hvac fan ????

I have an 03 Yukon denali that the rear hvac fan motor will come on only when it feels like it. It doesn't matter if you have it set on manual or auto mode. It can take a few seconds to not coming on for several hours.
I hope someone else has ran across this.

blower motor resistor. the rear has one as well as the front. its behind the rear paneling on the passenger side. not sure if its a different part number than the front, but from when i just glanced at it, it was the same on the outside.

any more info on this? DId you try changing the resistor scribble? I have the same issue with my 05 tahoe. imi, did you replace yours? I hate pulling panels only to find thats not where my resistor is. Panels never fit right after you pull them lol
