Rear Lift Glass Weather Strips

Hey there,

Does anyone know if the weather stripping in the pictures are a purchasable item? I can’t seem to find them online. All the weather strips online are more the ones for doors and glass to actually close and seal onto. These little strips on the glass seem to be more flat.
