OK so i have a 2002 yukon runs flawless , had her for almost 2 month .
i noticed a while ago she is leaking from the rear main seal
after adding 600 miles , i think im a quart short in the oil .
she has 175 k miles .

changing the seal will cost me aroud 500 dollars , thats what the mechanic said since he need to drop the trans down

does any one know or have tried any stop leak product that would fix the problem for a couple month till i get my money together ?

saving my money to change all 4 tires . or should i wait on the tires and change the seal instead ?

thank you ...

On a leak that large stop leak probably won't work but can't hurt to try it.

I would do the seal first...if it blows out it could cause a lot more damage.
