Rear Passenger Side Damage

I was hit on the freeway in my 2005 Tahoe on Weds. There is significant damage on the passenger sidebbehind the rear wheel well (twisted metal, etc.) and damage to the bumper, hatch, lights. Just trying to get opinions on much the repair costs might be. Truck was in real good shape with 158k miles. Am afraid insurance may total it. Any words of wisdom would help. Thanks.

A lot.....insurance will most definitely total it. Post some pics foe better perspective

Attached are pics of the damage. Body repair guy said they probably would have to cut of the rear section (at about mid side window) and weld in a whole new section.

Fix it, if the frame has not been damaged, and the rest of the truck is in great shape.
