Rear seat not compatible with seat belt

My 2011 Tahoe PPV bought in auction came with vinyl rear seat, which I believe from 2015+ model year. I believe before auction they might have swapped the plastic seat with proper vinyl seat.

the driver side of the seat belt reliever is not compatible with the seat belt, has anyone faced this when using 2015+ rear seat in 2007-14 vehicles? is there a way I can widen the seat belt receiver? any other options

From what i rememebr. I dont think mines worked on driver side either. It didnt have the locking female end. It only had it on the passeneger side
