I bought my 2000 Tahoe about a month ago. It has an JVC cd player and someone had an amp or subwoofer plugged in at one time or another. I've been searching around on this forum trying to find info on the sub. I've pulled the JVC out and it all looks clean and good as for the install. There are two av wires coming off the back and they come out under the middle seat. Do I need to unhook the av wires off the back of the JVC so the stock sub works? I'm still trying to figure this out but any help or suggestions would be great. Thanks!

Yes the stock sub is there. I guess what I should do is go ahead and pull the interior cover off so I can get the sub out. I thought maybe I was missing something.
I would assume if the sub was blown it would still make some sort of noise, right? I'm getting nothing out of it at all.
