Rear swaybar question

I had to unbolt my rear sway bar to fix something today and I sat the truck on the ground without the sway bar bolted to the end-links and it's sitting almost 1" lower with the sway bar unbolted... My question is... Can I run no rear sway bar? Is anyone else not using a rear sway bar? Would I just get body roll from not having a rear Sway bar?

What do you guys think?

you can run with out it, but do not expect the same handling it had with it connected.
The ass will be real loose with alot of body roll. so if you drive like that BE CAREFUL.

If your after a drop, I would strongly advise bolting that sway bar back up and getting a legit drop kit.

Really the sway bay shouldn't be holding your vehicle up unless something is hitting somewhere OR something is seriously bound up. I'd double check things...

Thanks for the input guys. I know I didn't say already but it has a drop already on it. It's got a 4" front/5" in rear drop and I am running the rear DJM rear hardware kit. I'm pretty sure the sway bars are not "getting hung up" I doubled checked and everything looked good and the sway bar is moved over to clear the panhard bar.

I drove today with it off and at 80mph on the freeway it was a little sketchy/loose/wanted to speed wobble like I had a trailer... So I'm prolly gonna put the sway bar back on cuz I like to drive like I stole it all the time haha
