Rear vent brake lights question?

They look even worse in the daylight when they're not lit, To me anyway

I saw a NBS with LED in the holes of the stock vents for brakes. Couldn't get a pic while his brakes were applied.

Its just incase you don't see the Brake lights then the third brake light then the light bar you would see the vent lights. Agh I dn't get people or companys that design this crap

I bought my tahoe with these lights in intalled. From the moment i saw them i didn't care for them. Atleast they were smoked black, so they didn't stand out to much. Unfortunately, the guy didn't have the stock appliques, so i just kept them in, but i did unhook them so they are not functional. I want to replace them with some escalade appliques, but have just been too lazy to get this done.
