For the last several months I have had an intermittent squeak coming from my rear window glass when driving down rough roads or over speed bumps. It sounds like the window seal is rubbing against it but when I inspected both they both seemed to be secure. Has anybody else experienced this?

I can't say that I've had that issue. I suggest that you put WD-40 on the hinges and the locking mechanism and put a very thin film of Vaseline on the rubber seals.

And:

Note that WD-40 will quickly wash away and is not a suitable lubricant.

I typically try to keep WD-40 and other petroleum based lubricants away from glass and rubbers. I'll go through the list though, I already slapped chassis grease on the striker for the latch so I'll go through the rest. At this point is absolutely maddening especially off-road.
