I did a rear wiper delete and now the cargo door ajar light is on. The wiper plug and rear door sensors have the same wires. I tried jumping the wires at the wiper plug but that didn't work. Does anyone know how to get the light to stay off? It causes my alarm to go off every night and I can't lock my truck because of it

Wish I could help, I'm sure someone on here has done that before that will chime in with some advice!

Still haven't figured this out. I guess I'm the only one who's ever done this

Done mine, but never experienced that. Just unplugged, as well as capped washer line. Sorry; no help or even able to suggest any thing. I do know I'm not the only other.

Mines been deleted however I did not run into that issue. What all was removed from the Inner shell of the liftgate I am assuming at least the wiper motor.

I'm assuming its the sensors. Does anyone know how to bypass them to think that the hatch is always closed

I never knew there was a cargo door light, I can't wait to see if mine works.

I think I'm going to just pry off the wiper blade and see how it looks.

Hope you don't mean pry it off literally. Careful not to damage the threads/grooves.
