reccomended oil change for 04 90k+ miles

got a 2004 tahoe, 90k miles looks like oil was not changed in 2 years. dont know how accurate that is. what do you guys suggest?

Are you asking if we think you should change the oil after two years? If so the answer is YES.

I change mine every 3,000 or 6 months whichever is first and mine has 244,***

its getting changed this week the dealership i got it from said they changed it but i rather see it myself. was asking what brand, formula you guys suggest. I found a mom and mop mechanic with good reviews im gonna try and build a relationship with starting with an oil change
