Yea that is not done, I just took a look under there and that is definitely not done. Just the bump stop was cut shorter. I was thinking of a mini notch to get more clearance

my custom 3/5 kits sit lower than your truck in the rear and is fine. Cut the bracket off the frame and add a small bumpstop and ride will be much better. You have no travel back there

Ok thanks will look into getting that taken care of. Another question, are the drop coils used with the belltech adjustable struts or OEM coils?

Never mind the last question. I found the answer to that question. Thanks for the help Norcal.

As soon as I get the bracket taken care of, I'm going to need some new shocks. Do you sell beltech shocks? Would the beltech shocks be good to help with the weight of a big sound system in the back of the table or would that not matter?

My 2cents for what its worth....

After owning BOTH DJM & Belltech kits...

Both ride suprisingly better than stock...

* DJM comes with little to NO intructions (figure it out)

* BELLTECH comes with better documents, and better design of hardware to make install easier.

Point being, is the design of things, the DJM shock extender brackets are a good bit different than the Belltech brackets.

Belltech is best as it can only be installed 1 way, the proper way.

DJM.... well believe it or not, it CAN be installed reversed and the wrong way!~! << I did it before and God was the ride bouncy and terrible. Once I pulled my own images of a Belltech extender, I was able to figure out that my DJM extender was installed incorrectly, and only then WAS the DJM a good ride.

I never used the keys on both kits, just used my stock 2wd keys, decranked. Ride is still great, as 2wd came with tons of rake and naturally lower to begin with.

Heck with my 2/4 drop this time, which is the Belltech rear kit, with my front stock keys to do the work upfront, I swear my truck rides and handles better than stock.

The myth about lowering sucks, is wrong... heck Ive been lowered 2/3, lifted with lift keys, and 1.5" spacers, leveled at stock, then back down to 2/4.... Rides tons better than lifted or leveled IMO
