relocator brkt for car style intake w/truck acc

gonna need one of these till I find a whole f body acc drive. I see some for sale here and there on pt, and ls1tech, but always am too late. Anyone know of a link or someone selling one. Need one asap... Also can you still use the stock belt, or do you need a differeent size one

PCMforLess sells a kit for $36 but im not sure what all it comes with... Gotta get a new belt also
