Installed the led taillights and 3rd brake light, but noticed that my remote start will not kick on the truck when activated.
Already had the L.E.D. Novita flasher fix installed aswell. When getting the error codes from the remote, says Brake foot pedal engaged, which is odd. Has anybody had this issue with aftermarket L.E.D tails before causing this issue and how did you fix it.

Error codes usually prevent remote start. Correct the code issues and see what happens.

You guys suck really, all this quarantine making you guys stay at home can't even help me. Shame on all of you.

J/K, LOL.
My women found a thread on an avalanche forum with the same issue. But it was his cruise control that wasn't working after installing L.E.D tails. I followed the same concept and installed a Sylvania Load equalizer and it fixed my remote start issue. It comes in a pack of 2, but I only used one on the passenger side. Mounted to the body with a self tapper, and connected it to the brake light socket power/ground wires.

So if anyone has this issue in the future, this will fix the issue.
