Remove headlining 04 Escalade

Hi,
Can anyone help by telling me how to remove the full headlining in a 2004 Escalade. It has a sunroof and roof mount dvd and screen.

Need to remove all trim from A, B, C, and D pillars. Remove grab handles & hooks. Wiring will run down the drivers and passengers A-pillars to the junction block on the side of the dash / kickpanel. Lay down 2nd row and recline front seats as far as they'll go (remove 3rd row also). Once everything is disconnected you can tilt sideways and remove out of the back.
