Removing Bow tie from upper license trim

I'm new here, cool site! I ordered a 2013 Tahoe LTZ in Ice Silver Metallic with ebony, second row heated buckets, tow package, no sunroof or rear entertainment.

I'm looking forward to modding it and wanted to know what's under the bow tie on the back upper license trim. Is there a bow tie recess, holes, or is it smooth? Thanks for the help!
