removing denali trim

My wife isn't happy with the look of her 04 denali XL and I was wondering if it's possible to remove the trim and running boards, and change the bumper to give it more of a suburban look? Anyone done anything like this? Thanks

Where are you located? I'm wanting to change my grill/bumpers for the Denali bumpers...have stock both in excellent cond.
