I have a 2006 suburban with front and rear a/c the rear stopped working long ago and now that I'm preparing to bag my subur an I will need this unit out of the way as with the lines I do not need them in my way... I'm debating on just cutting the lines and then finding a way to cap them and go get the system re charged
Thanks guys

The shop near me cuts the rear lines and TIGs a cap/valve on lines. Then evac and charge. Front A/C works great afterward. Here in Michigan those rear lines rot from road salt, and the cost of replacing the lines is too high. So yes you can have someone TIG a cap on those lines.
