Removing Roof Rack Cross Bars?

Well I wondering how does the roof rack cross bars come off on my 00 Tahoe Z71?

Tried to do a search on the forum to find some photos, but didn't. Anyway, I removed the crossbars off my AV and all I did was remove the rear rail screws, take off the 'bump stops' and slide the cross bars back and off. Took about 10 minutes.
