Hit some thunderstorms in the high desert on the way but made for some cool scenery.

Big bear is getting hit with snow too. So it’ll be interesting teaching in it tomorrow lol.

Was fun to let my Denali play in the snow a bit today. Lol
Had to just drive today and not focus on the exam deal.

Little video of the drive down minaret road from the ski resort into the main part of town. Glad I was leaving today. The traffic going up to the resort this morning. Was a solid long line! It’s goi g to be the same here in big bear tomorrow morning....

Caught a quick glimpse of the GE test bed 747 on the way home today. Really neat aircraft! Saw her on the tarmac a year or so ago when she had the gigantic engine for the new 777 that was being tested out! That was a sight to see!

Denali got a baby cousin this week. Best friends parents were ready to pull the trigger on ordering a brand new Escalade ESV. But apparently the 21 ESVs had a major back log of orders and the couldn’t get one ordered for over a year. A close friend of theirs owns a couple of GM dealerships and got an order in with his allotment for a Yukon xl Denali. They picked her up Tuesday. gave her full clay and ceramic coating Friday. Not gonna lie this is a good looking truck. Still not crazy about the push button shift setup, especially because its not a “push button”, you have to pull it towards you, like the up setting on a window switch. I don’t like that.... but other than that it’s a pretty nice rig.
