There should be a lot of OEM foam & upholstery available online. Have the dealer get you the part #’s and shop the internet.

Drop the truck off at the upholstery shop and let them loose on the job. Your back will thank you.

The Seat Shop is key.
Last month I replaced my 2017 drivers side seat foam. (They had one that matched the air flow on my Denali.)
BUT, because the cover was slightly worn I did what a buddy suggested.
I removed both seats, pulled both covers and put the drivers cover on the passenger side. Now the drivers worn side is on the console side of the pass seat.
Changed the foam and put the pass cover on the drivers seat bottom.
Now my drivers seat cover and foam is effectively brand new!
By the way, since these covers do NOT use hog rings to attach to the foam (they use plastic clips) they are super easy to work with.
I think the whole swap took two hours from removing seats to installing seats.

I replaced my front seat bottoms OEM on my 2018 Escalade. The parts are cheap. I paid for the foam and leather around $600. I did not have to remove the seat. It came out awesome. The second row got damaged from my child's car seat so I found new takeoffs on Ebay for $250. I replaced the 2nd row captains which was very easy to do. The fronts is not hard to do neither. I would not buy aftermarket. I suggest changing the seats in pairs.
