Replace Side Marker Bulbs in Headlight Assembly

So I failed my annual inspection because of these little side marker bulbs. Do I need to remove the entire headlight assembly to replace these guys?

I just replaced these on my 07 Denali. I had my headlights out to replace the low beams and since it was such a job getting them out I replaced all the bulbs in there. I'm pretty sure you have to remove the headlight to get to that bulb too.

yes remove the whole assembly. Its not bad except for the screw inside the wheel well that needs to be loosened.
