Replace side mirror glass mirrors with the samller turn signals on 2010

Is it possible to replace only the glass mirrors and get the 2010 mirrors with the smaller turn signals and replace the glass with the bigger turn signals. How much would it cost?

I found one on eBay a while back for almost $100 I think. No reason why it shouldn't work, but you might not get the blind side alert to work. Unless 2009's have that feature.

How do i get the chrome cap off the top of the mirror and replace it with a painted one?

They have 3 tabs running along the bottom which you might end up breaking, but all you do is pry them off with a flathead screwdriver. Be careful and take your time if you wish to keep the old caps in usable condition.

Yes, 09's have the Side Blind Zone Alert.

Then the new signal mirrors should work perfectly fine.

Although, I remember noticing the new signal mirrors on what I thought were 2009 Escalades summer of last year. It was right when the new Camaro came out because my dad and I went and test drove it.
