Replace stock amp?

Nothing big, but I blew my stock one, so...need something

Should I replace the amp? And if so, what kind (very specific). If it was rockford fosgate also, that'd be cool but its whatever.

By my thinking, if you're not going to replace the amp, you might as well just find a used (or new) bose subwoofer and keep it simple and cheap. Also, I believe the stock sub is 6.5" - not sure an 8" will fit in the same place in the same way.
