Replacement Headlights

I have a 2005 Tahoe Z71. I want to replace the 2 piece headlights and bowtie grille with a one piece "block style" headlight and replacement grille set. Does anyone know if they make this type of aftermarket replacement for my year of Tahoe. Thanks in advanced for your time.

there is a company called AVS the site i airbagparts.com they sell that grill conversion w headlights. check it out is 499.00
the product is not on the website but if you look for a magazine named street trucks you will see in there ad.
