replacing Bose with aftermarket but keeping Factory HU

I am wanting to replace the Bose crap with aftermarket in my 04 denali XL. but I want to keep the Factory Nav/DVD/ 6 disc. Where would be the best place to tap into the factory wiring for a full system.

I purchased my speakers from crutchfield.com and they came with a wire harness that i plugged into each speaker and then right into the factory wire harness. I did that method until i got my amp for my speakers, now my new speakers are straight to the amp.
