Couldn't have said it better myself. Rockford Fosgate P3S 8 with a punch 300.1. I have used the P3S with the punch 300.1 many many times and never heard anything bad from the owner.

How this sound? And do you have anymore pics? The w3 too deep? why you need to make a new front? I dont have a hoe box so i dont know anything about it...i have the crappy bose sub!

It sounds really good and impressive. I may have some more but I'll have to look for em. No, the W3 fit just right with about a 1/4" to 1/2" of clearance. I made the new face because the JL wouldn't mount flush to the stock opening. I've also seen a JL 6" mounted up under the console where the stock bose sub is. You could always make an enclosure for the rear, its not that hard...

Also, a ported box for a single 10 doesn't take up too much space and will sound 100X better than anything you can put in that factory location.

Has only one heard the thunderform box? I would hate to spend that kind of money and it sound like crap just for a box....I want something hidden and out of the cargo area
