Question for a friend. He wants to replace oem non-signal mirrors with oem signal mirrors, on a 07' Yukon. The replacment mirrors are led signal, heated, powered fold, and with puddle light. Question: Are the oem signal mirrors plug-n-play, or is there some mods that must be done in order for signal to work. We know that in order to use power fold, must change door's window switch module. Just really wondering about the signal ability right now.

Think it might be helpful to let everyone know what kind of vehicle (and year) you're talking about? Or, are you just wondering what it'd be like plugging an OEM '07+ mirror into any ol' vehicle?

I thought that I had heard that only the Esky mirrors have an extra connection, and that the other models (yuks and hoes) ought to be plug and play. Just not sure, though... I'm sure someone will know.
