Question for a friend. He wants to replace oem non-signal mirrors with oem signal mirrors, on a 07' Yukon. The replacment mirrors are led signal, heated, powered fold, and with puddle light. Question: Are the oem signal mirrors plug-n-play, or is there some mods that must be done in order for signal to work. We know that in order to use power fold, must change door's window switch module. Just really wondering about the signal ability right now.

Doubt that its plug and play some wiring may need to be done but it shouldnt be to hard.Im pretty sure that for signal to work you need to tap into a signal line.

I upgraded my heated mirrors to the ones with just the turn signal and heat. There was an extra plug on the new mirror that just plugged right into the power window switch on each door. It was easy! There were also other open plugs on the back of the switch for other options.

So which model miror is that? I want the turn signal mirrors but not power folding. Puddle light would be nice but not necesary. I get so confused between DL3 or DL8 or DL whatever.
