Replacing wheel stud

Question I need to replace 2 front wheel studs, must I remove the break calipers to be able to replace them .

Yes the caliper and rotor will have to be removed
I actually used a hammer to knock my old one out and used some wrench’s with a lug nut to seat the new one in its spot
