Rethinking my lighting upgrade plan. Need Input

I did the HID conversion for the low light and the result was:
Unusable!
The beam of the HID was very low it is not spreading on the road it is collected under the front (I think it needs alignment but I dont now how!!)

The other thing is the high beam I found out it is BAD again unusable!! So:

My new approach will be to reinforce the wires by using to set of relays kit to supply the wires and bulbs with direct power from the battery and then to upgrade the high beam with HID as well
