I do have one last question. Apologies up front lol. What does and doesn’t work until you get the dealership to do their thing.
I did it myself so I just had check engine and other lights on (I have a MDI2 and Delco account for my Tahoe). So you will probably just have a bunch of lights on, but the tech will plug in and they have to run a command which will reset all the lights then clear the DTC's and will then work perfectly fine after. Make sure you tell them DO NOT PROGRAM! That will mess it up. They will send you a sheet on what exactly you have them do and thats all they should do. :)

If you get the proper kit linked earlier in this thread it will work. Not sure where the idea came from but you cant just go buy your own cluster and throw it in there like he attempted. The Video posted in this thread is the setup portion of one of the kits listed below which comes preprogrammed with custom retrofit programming:

I asked customer service on this site if programming was needed and they answered that it was… Is there a simple plug and play option for a 21 Yukon Denali?

Hey guys I’m Brad the one who made the video, you need a legitimate GM MDI 2 or Bosch MDI (there basically the same tool) you can buy it directly from Bosch on Amazon, you also need a ACDelco subscription as mentioned. I personally borrowed mine from a friend who owns one but everything was done with official parts. White Automotive media is the only way I did it, and the only way I know of it working. As they pre programmed the module, all I did was run the setup command within SPS which I have a subscription for my car. It’s been working with issues to, and have had numerous warranty work done with no issues either from my dealer. If you have any questions let me know, I don’t work for any of these companies either, I’ve been on this forum for awhile just thought I share an update on my experience and answer any questions :)
Hey Brad, I tried hitting the link to the video but it appears to not work. Where can I find it? Thanks

Mine is suppose to be here today. I won’t be able to make it to the dealership until Saturday. Should I wait and install ?

If you install you may have a bunch of lights on like CEL, etc...
Once they do the included directions they will all go off and work normally.
Just make sure they ONLY do what is wrote, if they try to program it WILL wipe it!

I don't think the original was ever re-posted. Here is the directions on how to remove/replace cluster if that helps. It's not hard at all.
