Reverse lights

reverse light wont go on , checked fuse and mechanic checked the module/sensor that goes on or by the tranny,

any suggestions

HEHE,,,,yes i did they r good but there is no current when its in reverse , fuse is good and tranny sensor is good , a new one was purchased and still nothing , i didnt pay for it since its not the cause of the problem , i just figured others in the pass might of had this prob so i figured id post to get some help

Had to ask just in case, lol. Might also want to check the ground behind rear bumper on drivers side and I believe there's plug harness there too. Check connections for continuity.

Not to hijack the thread, but I have the same or similar problem. I have power via test light at the fuse under the hood, but no lights in the back.

I didn't know about this tranny sensor on tranny, I'll have to look into that.

Another symptom I have is the Park lock out. I don't have to have my foot on the brake to put in gear.
