Right front wheel protrudes further than left?

If the rotor was machined wrong (i.e. too thick where the hub is), the studs would not stick out as far. If the rotor was too thick there, the wheel would stick out further.
Yea, called the "rotor hat" thickness. If it does not matter what wheel is there, well.....it is baffling as to what is wrong. You could take to a trusted alignment shop of a body shop that does frame straightening and have it set up and get some measurements.

I see what you mean, now. I'll drop the rotors this weekend and check their thickness
