Rim and tire combo question

I'm sure this question has been answered a million times over (I am still trying to understand it myself). Will 22" rims with a +35mm offset fit my nnbs (2013 Tahoe LT) without rubbing? My truck is at stock height. Rims specs below.

Rim Size: 22x9.5, Bolt 6x139.7, offset +35mm

Tire Size: Bridgestone Dueler H/L Alenza 285/45r22

If I decide to lower my truck later, what do you think is the lowest I could go without having to mod any of the fender lining?
