Does anyone know of a human or even online chat that we can get
a hold of at RockAuto ????
I've got half a dozen screw ups in my last 3 orders !!!!!
I've been buying from them for a long time and never had this
much wrong with my orders ever. Please tag me if anyone
reads this and knows any way at all .

I had to go really really deep thru the "run around carousel" to get that number.
I sent them an email friday. Got a return email today saying that I had a high
rate of returns!!!! I replied that that is why I wrote the email to begin with !!
I've spent over 10K at RA in just the last 12months. So I asked them to really
look at my account like I'd asked in the orig email. And to send this issue
up the chain in management. So I'll see if I get a real reply on monday maybe.
If not I'll Call the number.
I'm just really disappointed lately with RA... Stuff showing up wrong/damaged/
mis labeled, etc.... Seems to be a recent (last few months) issue. Or maybe
I'm just the unlucky one!!!
