I sent them an email friday. Got a return email today saying that I had a high
rate of returns!!!! I replied that that is why I wrote the email to begin with !!
I've spent over 10K at RA in just the last 12months. So I asked them to really
look at my account like I'd asked in the orig email. And to send this issue
up the chain in management. So I'll see if I get a real reply on monday maybe.
If not I'll Call the number.
I'm just really disappointed lately with RA... Stuff showing up wrong/damaged/
mis labeled, etc.... Seems to be a recent (last few months) issue. Or maybe
I'm just the unlucky one!!!
