I took the rack off my truck today and noticed that 2 of the mounting pieces that are drilled into the roof are stripped out and spinning. Has anybody expeirence this before? What's the best way to fix this? I don't want it start rattling or leaking water into the truck. Any help will be greatly appreciated!:D

Take the headliner out and tack those mounting pieces back in and get new screws if they are stripped

That's too much trouble! I was thinking about getting some black silicone and placing a thin bead around the mounting hole to hold it down to the roof and water proof it!
