Roof Rail "blanking plates"

I'm interested in removing the roof rails from my Suburban. I know the PPV Tahoe's come without the rails and there is a panel that goes in place to cover up the strip. Had a dealership try and find those plates for the Suburban but there's nothing in the parts list. Has anyone purchased a Suburban SSV that didnt have the rails and has a part number or even know of a place that sells or makes them? Thanks in advance.

Do you know if the rails for the tahoe and suburban are the same? I have a 2015 tahoe and would happily trade the blanks for rails.

I’ve been looking into this for my GMT900 Escalade ESV and ran across these:

Not sure they’ll work for my ESV, but you need something like this for your K2XX.

I actually wouldn’t be opposed to some screws with some low profile painted to match caps on them.

Not sure how involved the process is or if the GMT900 solution could work on the K2XX SUVs?
