Rotors and Calipers

Since I am going from my stock 17" wheels with 265 tires to 22" wheels with 285 tires, I want to be able to stop quickly.

What rotor and brake caliper combination would you guys recommend? - Links and part names are appreciated.

I would like to know what size rotors everyone is running with bigger wheels.

Googled the big brake kit. Pretty much, the bigger the disk the better the stopping power, So either way it'll be better but if you want the maximum potential then go with the bigger size as long as they will fit with the size wheels you want.

Stock is 12" for the front with two piston calipers. I'm running 14" rotors from SSBC with 4-piston calipers. Baer makes a nice set with 15" rotors and 4 piston caipers. Go with the largest diameter rotor you can afford that will fit within your new wheels. Larger rotors equal more leverage and better stopping power. But also keep in mind, you won't be able to use your spare if you need to, as it probably won't fit over your new brake kit.

Yea I'll keep that in mind JKmotorsports. What is the biggest size rotor one can fit on stock 17" wheels? - Just so I know.

Unless you jump up to 18", you may be stuck with the stock size hardware.
