Rough Idle and Bad MPGs

I cleaned the throttle body and the problem continued. I also noticed that when I put it into neutral the revs go up to 2000 for about 15 seconds before it goes back to idle. Here are a few videos of the starting problem

I cleaned the throttle body and the problem continued. I also noticed that when I put it into neutral the revs go up to 2000 for about 15 seconds before it goes back to idle. Here are a few videos of the starting problem

Last time I cleaned mine I opened the flap too much and same thing happened.
When you cleaned the throttle body, if you moved the little throttle flap (whatever you want to call it) you will need to drive on the highway for around 20 miles (that is what I did) so that the throttle body can recalibrate.
