Rpm drop at idle and interior/exterior lights dim

Yea you need to upgrade the alternator and do the big 3. I had a 2500.1 and a 150.4 in my sierra with a 250 alt, yellow top under the hood, and a group 31 blue top under the sub box and I didn't have any voltage issues. 2 15's I did a 148.9 db on termlab. Not bad for cheapo Audiopipe stuff.

How are you liking your champion pros? I had the 600rms version once upon a time.

As for your problem. Im not really sure... Did you add electric fans to yours?

Yeah lol I need to do the big 3 I order da dc alt but there shipping is so slow! And geez ! Nice numbers what was your box tuned too? And I love the champion pros they can sure take a beating had them for 3 years now no problems, got them for a good deal on amazon.
And no fans I'm not sure either I'm getting my battrey checked now. I don't have a deep cycle under the hood could be on its last leg lol.

Box was a street box tuned to 25hz. Hit those numbers at 57hz lol. Had I built a higher tuned box you number would have been much more impressive. But I just went a couple times just to see what it did, not really to compete. Subs and amps were all cheap audiopipe stuff, had about $1000 in it overall.
