My back driver side tire is still rubbing my upper trailing arm bracket when i take turns and have a few people in my truck. I have the rear hardware kit installed, i thought this was to avoid all that? this kit didnt seem to help my truck much honestly except my sway bar..

heres a pic of the rubbing. and a pic of the stance, you can see the tires are still pushed way forward..

rear set up consists of, DJM 19.5 calmax, eibach 3" drop coils with all the dead coils cut off, and rear hardware kit.

305/40/22 tires, sitting at 31" in back and 30.5" front.

any ideas to fix this? i have been thinking about adj panhard...

Zac, any idea what the clearance is on the pass side in the same location? My guess is that the adj panhard bar will help. Any pics of the truck from the rear where we can see both rear wheels and the clearances?

The hardware kit, to my knowledge is only to move the rear forward and center it, from front -back area. The ADJ. panhard you can move the rear left and right. Like alex said, if the other side has more space, then when lowered yours shifted to the side that is rubbing. Get a adj. panhard and just measure it and align it accordingly and shouldnt rub again.

.......... with all the dead coils cut off.......

That's the problem right there. Those coils being cut is leading you to be lower than normal and have a stiff ride.

I thought they were suppose to push wheels back?

I will get pics of back later..

As for dead coils, they are coils that when loaded they sit on top of eachother. Basically just taking up space. So when cut off it makes coils shorter, which is why I run a shorter shock or they would just fall out.
The ride is pretty soft. IMO I like it better than when I had djm tb coils

the eibach coils cut ride much better than the silver djm tb coils that i have.. i cut them to be lower because they dont make a coil to bring me down that far. so why not cut a coil that has 3"s of dead coils on it?? just my 2cents. ive had almost ever rear set up on the djm calmax shocks and this is so far the best riding with out a doubt. i still need to come down half an inch...

yeah, push them back to center it in the rear. Didnt really help mine, more of a problem, b/c i had to really push my rear forward and is smashed driveshaft into the trans. So mine didnt go back, it went forward.

Yea the brackets are a waste of money IMO. I think for the money and functionality the adjustabl lwr, n upper swing arms, plus pan hard would be the best bet. I want to say WHITEOUT has a thread somewhere on ordering these bars for pretty cheap...

The 5305s are too tall of a coil. How big are they compared to djm tb coil? What heights would I be looking at? Remember I need to be at about 30.5" on 305/40 tires
